Raquel Montoya is a print designer and illustrator from Madrid. From a very young age, her passion was drawing. Happy with a piece of paper and a box of colored pencils she could spend entire afternoons. She studied Fine Arts and specialized in design. After a few years, she discovered print design, a discipline in which she was able to unite all the knowledge she had previously acquired, both artistic and digital, to create beautiful designs that could be applied to any surface such as fabrics, stationery, wallpaper, etc. An animal and plant lover, she finds her inspiration in the forms of nature, but also in art, geometry, textures and color itself. This tropical-themed collection is a good example of this. Flowers, leaves, fruits and animals combine to create these beautiful silk scarves.
