What shipping methods do you use?
We work with different courier companies both nationally and internationally, providing a tracking number along with the completed order so you can know where your package is at all times.

Do you ship internationally?
Generally, no. But if you want to make a special gift, you can always write to us at info@hamzah.es and we’ll see what we can do.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
If your order is within the peninsula, shipping takes between 24 and 48 business hours.

If you place the order on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, it will not be shipped until the next business day, i.e. Monday.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

On our website you can buy with credit and debit card from any entity as well as through Paypal.

We use Paypal for the transparency it gives to the customer, and Stripe as a payment platform with cards.

Is your page secure to buy online?

All our connections are encrypted and we work with the necessary security protocols so that all your data is secure and you can rest easy.

Orders and Returns

How can I place an order?

We have designed our website with you in mind, so that the process of placing an order is very simple.

Once you have found the product you like, just add it to the cart and process the payment indicating the shipping information.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel your order because at the last minute you have seen another scarf that you liked more, do not worry, we usually ship the next day, so you can cancel your order without problems.

Get in touch with us through info@hamzah.es and we will process your cancellation at the moment, being able to choose between choosing another model or the return of the order.

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No. 

We don’t like to complicate things, or that you have to give us your data so you can make a purchase.

But if you want to register in our community, to receive news, special promotions and unique discounts, you are welcome!.

How can I know where my product is when you send it?

At the time of placing your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can know where your product is at all times.

How can I return my product?

You have 14 days after receiving your silk scarf to return it for free.

Just write us an email to info@hamzah.es explaining the reason for the return and we will send the messenger to your home to pick up the product. And if you want we can replace it with another scarf that you liked more or proceed to the refund.

In the event that the returned scarf has traces of makeup, perfumes or other signs that indicate that the customer has used it, we will not be able to refund the scarf.
