Custom hand fans with your logo or design
We make custom hand fans from 30 fans per design: in Spain, in cotton or silk with the wood of your choice, or in China, in satin, the most affordable option. For companies, conferences, weddings, shops and museums.
Branded fans that people keep
A fan is a gift people actually use, and hold on to. That is why corporate fans work so well at conferences, trade fairs, company anniversaries and brand events: your logo travels in every guestās bag all summer long. We make custom fans with your logo as gifts for clients and teams, and promotional fans that wonāt end up at the back of a drawer.
We print your design on the fabric and, if you like, engrave your logo on the stick. We have done it for banks, utility companies and universities: the fans in these photos are real jobs.
Ordering fans for the first time?
Three things shape your fan. If you are not sure about them, that is fine: you can answer āI donāt knowā in the form and we will recommend what fits.
The fabric
This is where your design goes. Satin is glossy with vivid colours; cotton is matte and natural; silk is the finest, with the richest colours and a soft sheen.
The sticks
The wooden frame of the fan. It changes the colour, weight and feel, and it is where your logo can be engraved.
The size
Fans are measured by the length of the sticks. 23 cm is the most versatile; 19 and 21 cm are more discreet, and 27 cm makes more of a statement.
Three ways to make your fans
We are a fan manufacturer working with workshops in Spain and in China. Each option changes the fabric, the wood and the presentation, so you can choose to suit your budget. Not sure? We will recommend one.

Custom hand fans: frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
From 30 fans per design. We donāt make single fans: every order is made for you with your design.
How much does a custom fan cost?
It depends on where it is made, the fabric, the wood, the quantity and whether it has a logo on the stick. That is why we donāt publish a price list: tell us about your project and we will send you a quote with no commitment. If you have a budget per fan in mind, tell us and we will recommend the option that fits.
How long does production take?
It depends on the option and the quantity. Cotton fans made in Spain take 2 to 4 weeks from when the order and design are confirmed; fans made in China, about 4 weeks including air shipping; silk fans made in Spain, 6 to 12 weeks depending on the quantity. Our Spanish workshop closes in August. We give you a date with the quote; if you have a deadline, let us know in the form.
Can I put a photo or a name on the fans?
Yes. We print whatever you like on the fabric: a photo, a name, a date, your logo or an illustration. Fans with a photo or a name are made exactly like logo fans, from 30 pieces.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. Before production we show you your design laid out on the fan template, and we donāt start until you approve it. If you need to see a physical sample, let us know and we will include it in the quote.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes. We ship across Spain, the European Union and beyond. If your company has an EU VAT number, add it in the form.
How are the fans packed? Can I customise the packaging?
Fans made in Spain come each in a small white box; fans made in China, in a fabric sleeve. Packaging can be customised depending on the quantity: tell us what you have in mind in the form.
